当財団では、SoCA の「The Documentation Project of Contemporary Art 2020 Vol.3 / Abstraction of Breathing」に対して、助成を行います。以下の展示およびアーカイブの作成活動を支援する予定であり、詳細は次の通りです。
SOCAは、2015年よりヤンゴンでオルタナティブなアートの教育を目的としたアートコレクティブです。地域のアートコミュニティの構築と、若手アーティストの現代アートへの新たなプラットフォームの構築を目指しています。SOCAでは、オンライン、公募展、クロスメディアの国際ワークショップなど、様々なプログラムを実施してきました。SOCAのアートプロジェクトは、国際的なつながりの中でさらなる知識とつながりを得たいと考える地元の美術学生を支援するために、無償で自主的に組織されたものであり、学習、制作、現代美術の実践とサンプルの研究への戦術的なアプローチを提供しています。また、地域の芸術家コミュニティにおける創造的な思考への知的交流や批判的な対話のためのプラットフォームを構築しています。SOCAは、ヤンゴンを拠点に、オンラインプログラムやアーティストトーク、アートワークショップ、展示イベントなどの特別イベントを運営しています。
